This a great workout to start off with if you are new to fitness. Its a simple but effective workout that you can do at any time anywhere. there is no need for equipment. its just you. Moving you to a better person. The workout is broken into three phrases. Warm up and stretch Main workout Cool down and stretch Take your time doing the exercises just focus on quality not quantity and rest when you need to. The programme is 40 euros for the beginner level which is great value compared to other sites. Above all else enjoy the workouts and keep persisting.
