best ways to lose body fat consistently

Have a dream: When it comes to achieving your goals in health and fitness, you must have a clear goal and objective of what you want to be, when you want to be.

The goal/dream/vision that you have for yourself must excite you.

Its something that when you imagine what your going to be or become in that timeframe, you have a very positive emotional reaction.

Action steps: What are the actions and steps that you need to do on a consistent basis to achieve your dream.

Losing body is very similar to anything else you want to achieve in life. It requires discipline, consistent habits, and some sacrifices.

Here are examples of action steps you can take:

I am going to drink 2 litres of water every day

I plan on going to the gym Monday Wednesday and Friday at 7am and to finish at 8:15am

I am going to reduce my carbohydrates to two meals a day.

The idea is that you start to learn to implement strong consistent habits each day.

If you struggle on certain days, go back to your dream/vision/goal and ask yourself why I am doing this

Focus on big exercises such as Deadlifts, Squats and Back exercises like Chin ups and rows. These type of exercises are what we call compound exercises. Meaning they work a large group of muscles.

Also important to try and perform these exercises without using machines. Free weights like Kettlebells, Dumbells are better alternatives for achieving Fat loss.

Include some HIIT workout at the end of your workouts. This is extremely efficient for enhancing fat loss more after resistance training. Simple exercises you can do is Sprints on the bike, Sprinting on the Cross trainer for 20-30 seconds and then jogging back down to normal pace and repeating again 5 times

Nutrition/Diet: I'm sure you now know that this is where the real results are made. Stick with foods that are organic and have no weird names on them that you don't know what it is or cant pronounce it.

Eliminate the four white devils: White sugar, White Flour, White salt and white dairy that is pasteurised. Go for organic alternatives such as Coconut Flour, Coloured Salt, and Raw dairy.

Get to bed early every night. Every night.!

That includes Saturday night.

Realistically you ought to be in bed by 10:30pm every night ready to flick the switch.

I could give you a lot more tips and details here but for the purpose of simplicity, I have narrowed it down for you.

I hope you found this helpful and if you have any questions let me know.

Stay Strong 💪
